Order Page not displaying prices

Hello all, this is a wonder plugin and a god send! For that I thank you!

I am having a little issue with the ordering page within wordpress, I isn't displaying the prices of any of my products even tho I have set this in WHMCS correctly.

This is a little frustrating for me and not too sure how to solve this!

Any help would be great!

Hi,

I would like to integrate wordpress with WMHCs. I downloaded your plugin, but it seems it doesn't work with memcache. session_path is tcp://localhost:port, so it is not writable.
Does the plugin share sessions between wordpress and WMHC or is it only for internal purpose?

I have followed the instructions and successfully set everything up, it all looks good and i plan to use the integration,

however i am stuck trying to register / transfer domains through the bridge.

I found this thread and am considering trying this out however i am unsure if it relates to my problem.

I am considering a work around by reverting to the old template for shopping cart process.

TPL comments, SSL and licenses

Hi There,

We have three issues, two minor, the other a major.

Firstly we found that any commented lines in our tpl (footer.tpl for example, using tags) cause the entire file be be skipped resulting in a blank page. This is due to the closing tags ( --> ) being literally interpreted. Deleting the line fixes the problem. Just thought I'd share.

The second issue we need a resolution to. Our site is working perfectly, the bridge renders pages perfectly but now of them is SSL. All the settings seem correct and in fact our old site which uses the same WHMCS installation works in SSL. What should we look for? Our customers would expect SSL for making purchases.

Lastly we keep getting WHMCS license failed errors. They come and go and it seems to make no difference to the system, but the error is there nonetheless.

Any help appreciated.

This is an intermittent issue that maybe 30% of our users are having. When they login it redirects them to their wordpress use profile . After that when they trying logging in it gives them "Hello There, Guest! (Login — Register)"

I am able to reproduce the issue with certain logins. While other logins work just fine. I have reset the passwords, cleared cookies, and set the Cookie domain and Cookie path.

Where to find the 'Upload files'?

Hi.

I installed your plugin and it works like a charm.

However the whole upload files thing is quite bad to be honest.

When I mad the form i write a directory for where it should be uploaded.

But when we get an e-mail all we get is the name of the file uploaded. No link or instruction of where to get it.

We use the form to get people to apply for jobs, and the single file upload feature to get people to upload their CV. But when we can't find the CV's because of an error in the form i gets really hard to look and the appliers.

Could you please tell me where I find the directory of our files? in the directory box i put "/jobCV" but when I check our Server, there are no files that match the cv's, and no folder called "JobCV"

Resize Calendar

Hey Guys,

I am pouring through my templates and settings etc. I am pretty sure its my template thats messing up the calander but seeing if anyone out there knows a way to force resize it. I have tried every template that is listed in the manual and the calendar is always REALLY small. I am new to the whole css editing etc so any direction would be appretiated. I seem to have an 'Edit form' link there - even for non-logged in site users.

Nothing on the form itself od the Wordpress Page should be making this come up (see below)

Changing form background

I'm sure this is elementary but I don't have a clue as to how to change the white background of the form to something else... I'd actually like mine to be transparent.. I believe if I change the color code responsible for the color to "none" I should have the desired effect. Would you please point out the code to change and what file it's in?

Also how do I reduce the fields to fit my template. As you can see in the attachment the fields are overlapping because there isn't much space. In the form builder there are options for size and max length but there's no instruction on what sort of info will provide the desired change.

Hi Support,

Great plugin but just got one glitch. I have an evening booking resource for a 3 hour period from 6.00pm - 9.00pm. If a customer tries to book an available slot the confirmation message is fine. However if it is unavailable it outputs a message such as '09/05/2012 @ 12:00 am to 09/05/2012 @ 12:21 am is reserved or unavailable.' The times bear no relation to the actual times of 6.00pm and 9.00pm. The dates are correct but not the times. Please can you advise /help as to what the problem is here.

Problems with themes

Hi, first of all, great program!
But i have some problems. Trying to find a good theme to have on the web shop. I want the feature that the customer can choose category and from there choose product. A theme that you have used on the demo was Kelontong. When I used it, it didn't get the same front page as you and it says it doesn't have any category.
I have not changed any products or something FYI.

Please help me with this or tell me what theme I can use for free that's good.

I find that h1, h2, h3 and so on, at the whmcs templates get changed ( h2 changed to h4) when seeing within the bridge plugin. how can i stop this nonsense?

How to add dropdown menu option?

Hi guys,

Wondered if anyone can help.

I'm making a form, I want to add a drop down option for the user to select from several text options (for example they will be asked what is their favourite colour and then they click the dropdown bar and select from 10 colours and then submit with the rest of the form).

Also, is there a way to add text as a heading, labelling a new section of a form? So it jumps from personal information to personality, for example?

I have just subscribed yesterday to the Pro version but had to stop progressing on my website because of an error that appears when clicking on Save button in Booking form Pro.

-->"Duplicate column name undefined found, please correct: null".

-I have checked that all the column fields are unique and not redundant.
-This problem exists even before adding a new field (please see screenshot BugSave_Before Adding field).

hello,
I use wordpress and now I've just installed the forum plugin. And them when I got to the admin forum panel I change my login and password and I submit change. After that I receive this error message: "could not connect to host".
Any idea?

Hi,

New user here. I only have the one schedule so I do not have a use for a drop box for it to be selected. I have used the code [booking schedule=schedule3] but I still have to select the schedule in a dropdown.
